Anupamaa: Anupama reveals to Anuj that Samar is her favorite and considers him as her "senapati"

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) forgets his card at the mart, while Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) video calls Bapuji to share their worries, especially about taking responsibility for Malti Devi. Bapuji reassures her, suggesting they leave it to God and focus on Anuj. They discuss Ganesh Chaturthi, reminiscing how they visited Anuj's house on this auspicious day. Anupama mentions Anuj's plan to carve a Ganesh murti. They exchange "I love you" when Anuj returns. At the Kapadia house, preparations for the festival are in full swing. There's tension between Adhik and Romil (Viraj Kapoor). Choti shares a belief that Ganesh ji blesses small children, leading to a poignant moment.

Pakhi's confrontation:

Pakhi (Muskan Bamne) shocks everyone by hinting at having a baby. Barkha advises them to focus on their careers and marriage, but Pakhi asserts it's their decision. Anupama and Anuj urge Pakhi to think carefully about such a significant decision. They highlight that rushing into it can lead to trouble and affect the child's life. Choti redirects the conversation to Lord Ganesha.

Leela criticizes Malti Devi:

Meanwhile, at the Shah House, Malti Devi pleads for forgiveness, regretting her past mistakes and hoping to reunite with her son. Baa (Alpana Buch) overhears this and criticizes Malti Devi, contrasting her with Anupama's motherly qualities. Anupama is shown engrossed in crafting personalized handmade presents for her children. Anuj, the observant soul, notices a particularly unique present, to which Anupama responds with a tender smile, highlighting the special place Samar holds in her heart. They share a heartwarming moment discussing their children. Anuj appreciates Anupama's motherhood towards her children and opens up about his foster mother. Anupama comforts him and suggests he sleep, but he chooses to help her.

Anupama saves Samar:

Later, Anuj and Anupama perform a puja for Lord Ganesha. Anupama expresses her wish for Gurumaa to have attended. After the puja, they share messages and dance. Amidst the joyous atmosphere of the Ganpati Celebration, where everyone is immersed in dancing and revelry, a sudden twist occurs. Samar finds himself on the brink of a dangerous fall. Anupama springs into action in a split-second reaction, defying all odds to save her son. Her lightning-fast reflexes leave everyone in the crowd in utter shock. Anupama hugs Samar, and Samar comforts her by saying he is okay. Samar asks everyone not to spoil the celebration and continue with the festival mood. They continue dancing, and Anupama prays for blessings and safety for her family.
