Anupamaa: Prem leaves the Shah house on Anupama’s orders

In tonight's Anupmaa episode, Anupama questions Prem, suspecting he took the Shah children to the party. Prem admits to knowing the party host, but Anupama accuses him of using "Satsang" as a cover story and feels her trust in him has been shattered. She confronts Rahi, whom she previously considered mature and responsible, and reprimands her for lying. 

Defending himself, Prem explains that the Shahs wouldn't have allowed them to attend a party. Anupama's frustration grows, and she nearly slaps Prem before Pakhi and Toshu step in, stating they also attend parties but never lie about it.

Children open up in an intoxicated state:

Anupama turns her attention to the Shah kids, holding them responsible as well. In a separate discussion, Kinjal suggests that Pari lose weight if she wants to wear fitted clothes, which Pari finds intrusive and controlling. Pari retorts, challenging Kinjal's constant focus on her appearance and accusing her of being domineering. Kinjal, in turn, criticises Pari for disrespecting the family, prompting Pari to question which "family" she's defending, noting the Shahs are frequently at odds with one another. Pari adds that her parents are often in conflict themselves.

Ishani steps in to support Pari, opening up about the frustrations she feels toward her own modelling career. She explains that Pakhi is pushing her to pursue acting and modelling to fulfil her own dreams, though Ishani herself has no desire to be in the spotlight or grow a social media following. She feels Pakhi is overly controlling in this regard. 

Anupama asks the Shahs to focus on the real issues:

Ansh voices his opinion, saying that although the Shahs care for them, they impose too many restrictions. Meanwhile, Mahi reveals that she has never felt truly accepted by the Shah family, aside from the support she gets from Pari, Ishani, Ansh, and Anupama. Pari and Ishani urge the Shahs to consider their viewpoints. 

Anupama steps in, telling Pari, Mahi, Ishani, and Ansh to go to their rooms. As soon as they leave, Leela, Pakhi, and Toshu accuse Prem and Rahi of influencing the Shah children negatively. Anupama, however, advises the Shahs to focus on the real issues brought up by Pari, Ishani, Mahi, and Ansh rather than placing all the blame on Prem and Rahi.

Prem leaves:

Realising her trust in Prem is irreparably damaged, Anupama asks him to leave the house and chastises Rahi as well, emphasising that she cannot allow anyone, not even her own daughter, to misguide the Shah children. 

As Prem exits, Anupama addresses Toshu, Kinjal, and Pakhi, asking if they now understand the pain parents feel when criticised by their children. She declares her intention to manage the household according to her rules going forward. Toshu looks after Ansh, while Rahi supports Mahi. Meanwhile, Pakhi and Kinjal reflect on their children’s words, and Prem, burdened with guilt after breaking Anupama’s trust, reminisces about his moments with her as he drives. Later, Anupama, reminiscing about Anuj amidst this chaos, wishes him a happy Diwali as the episode concludes.
