Anupamaa: Aadhya suspects Anuj's presence with Anupama

The popular Star Plus serial "Anupamaa" recently took a significant leap forward in time, bringing about significant shifts in the storyline and cast. However, fans were left devastated by a surprising twist, as Anupama (played by Rupali Ganguly) and Anuj (portrayed by Gaurav Khanna) experienced a heart-wrenching separation.

Anupama and Anuj reconnect:

Tonight's Anupamaa episode commences with Anupama informing Anuj that she departed from the city afterwards. Anuj inquires about her location, and Anupama reveals she relocated to Vadodara and isolated herself in a room. She explains that following his earlier suggestion, she initiated her cooking channel. Recollecting their past conversation about starting online cooking classes, Anuj asks Anupama if she remembers everything except him. Anupama clarifies that she didn't forget him but chose not to remember him. She recounts the incident where Devika pushed her, leading to her landing in the USA.

Reflecting on the five years that have passed, Anuj remarks that it's not a brief period. Anupama responds, acknowledging that Anuj wasn't alone, and he shares his decision to leave his business and country with his seven-year-old daughter. An intense moment passes between Anuj and Anupama.

Vanraj questions Dimple:

Meanwhile, Shruti (Sukirti Kandpal) searches for Anuj, who avoids her calls. Aadhya discovers that Shruti and Anuj are no longer together and expresses concern. Shruti explains that Anuj is occupied with important matters, but Aadhya suspects he may be visiting Anupama. On the other hand, Vanraj (Sudhanshu Pandey) questions Dimple (Nishi Saxena) about Titu's presence at the academy, leading to a confrontation. Kavya (Madalsa Sharma) and Vanraj argue about the CCTV installation. Amidst the tension, Bapuji remarks on the certainty of relationships coming together despite one's efforts to manipulate them.

Shruti's decision:

Anuj asks Anupama about their future plans, to which she responds that she's learning to move on. Anuj probes whether she's still trying to let go of the past. Anupama inquires about Aadhya, and Anuj describes her as Anupama's shadow. Anupama reveals her children's resentment towards her, including Toshu, who resides in the USA. 

Meanwhile, Shruti contemplates celebrating her birthday alone. Since it is her last birthday as a single, she decides to eat her favourite pastry. Anupama discusses Aadhya's anger with Anuj. He reassures her that Aadhya's anger will dissipate, just as he did upon seeing her again. An emotional moment unfolds between Anuj and Anupama as she refuses to talk with Anuj further.
