Raha Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's daughter, always remains in the top of the headlines and Alia- the caring and proud mother never misses a chance to share details about daughter. The Brahmastra actress often shares Raha's preferences, dislikes, and what she enjoys the most. Recently, Alia mentioned that little Raha loves the song Naatu Naatu, featuring Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, and they even attempt to do the dance steps, but being so young, she isn't quite able to do them yet.
"Naatu Naatu actually plays in my house every day. Raha, my daughter, loves Naatu Naatu. She plays the song and says, ‘Mama, play Naatu Naatu,’ then we play the song, and she says, ‘Mama, come here,’ and she makes me stand against some support, and then we do the step," Alia Bhatt said during a promotional event.
She then added, "Obviously, she doesn’t know how to do the step, but she has seen my clip doing Naatu Naatu from some award function and says, ‘Show Mama's video doing Naatu Naatu.'
At another press conference in Delhi, Alia Bhatt was questioned about which song she would like her daughter to see first. The National Award-winning actress replied that just the day prior, Raha had watched the first song she ever recorded, Radha Teri Chunri from Student of the Year, directed by Karan Johar, which also marked the debuts of Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan.
Alia shared that they have begun to slowly introduce Raha to songs now that she is almost two years old. The first song Raha ever saw was Kesariya from Brahmāstra: Part One—Shiva. However, just the day before, she had fun watching Radha Teri Chunri, followed by Badtameez Dil from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
Alia humorously remarked that Raha must think dancing to these songs is perfectly normal, which brought laughter from the audience.
On the professional front, Alia will next appear in Vasan Bala's Jigra, alongside Vedang Raina. The film is set to release in theaters on October 11, 2024. Additionally, she has YRF's Alpha, featuring Sharvari. YRF's first female spy movie is slated for a Christmas 2024 release. She also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love and War in her upcoming projects.
