The popular and much-talked about Zee Tv show, 'Amma - 'Ek Maa Jo Laakhon Ke Liye Bani Amma'', recently witnessed a major change where the lead of the show, actress Urvashi Sharma, now known as Raina Joshi QUIT the show.

The actress quit the show as apparently, she did not want to age on-screen post the leap. However, though this replacement is a big blow to the show, a famous actor is all set to make his TV debut in a prime role.

And that actor is none other than, Ashmit Patel. Yes! You read it right..

Ashmit is all set to make his fiction debut after being a popular face on the reality show front on television.

Ashmit will be playing the role of an underworld don, Faisal, who would be the adopted son of Amma. A flirt by heart, he will be a mischievous person who will also be a famous personality among girls. And like several kids in a crime family get the thought, he too would have the dream of ruling the city one day.

And not that the character of Faisal is a new one, as currently there is a kid named Faisal as Hannan's (Meghna Naidu) neighbour.
