'Adipursh': Monkey's presence at the screening steals the show; fans call it a blessing from Hanuman Ji -Watch

Amid high anticipation, the much-awaited film Adipurush, starring Prabhas, has finally hit the silver screens today. An interesting tradition associated with the film is the allocation of a seat to Lord Hanuman during every screening in theaters. And now amid all the buzz, a video capturing a monkey watching the movie during one such screening has gone viral on social media. Shared by a Twitter user, the video shows the monkey peering through a hole in the theater auditorium, engrossed in the film while the iconic Jai Shri Ram song plays in the background. The enthusiastic audience can be heard chanting 'Jai Shree Ram'. This video has quickly gained popularity and is currently making waves across social media platforms.

Many Twitter users have expressed their belief that Lord Hanuman has blessed Adipurush. During a trailer event in Tirupati, director Om Raut made a special request to reserve an empty seat in every theater as a tribute to Lord Hanuman. He explained that in the Ramayana, Hanuman watches over every performance, and this gesture pays homage to that belief. This act represents the reverence and acknowledgment of Lord Hanuman's spiritual presence during the screening of the film Adipurush, he stated.

Furthermore, various videos and photos have emerged online showcasing the seat dedicated to Lord Hanuman in different theaters across India. These images display a framed photo of Lord Hanuman adorned with a garland on the designated seat. The story follows Raghav's journey to Lanka in order to rescue his wife Janaki, who has been wrongfully abducted by King Lankesh. 

The film stars Prabhas as Lord Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Sunny Singh as Lakshman, Devdatta Nage as Hanuman, and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh. Directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series (Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar), Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles, Adipurush has been released in Telugu and Hindi, with dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and several other Indian and international languages.
