Actor Utkarsh Gupta quits 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan'!

The actor wishes to learn drums and dance and also intends to polish his skills in arts.

The young and talented actor Utkarsh Gupta, popularly known as Dhruv from MTV's loved show 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan' has decided to make an exit from the show. 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan' was recently in the news when actor Paarth Samthaan left the show and eventually made a comeback.

Well, now we hear that Utkarsh has decided to quit the show and will shoot for his last shot on 10^th November.

According to a report, the actor decided to opt out of the show, as he wanted to try his hands on other projects. Though his character was doing really well in the show, it didn't turn out to be interesting enough, in its recent episodes. It was a tough decision for the actor to quit, as he had strong attachment with the show but he still decided to part his way with the show as he desires to try out other things as well. The actor wishes to learn drums and dance and also intends to polish his skills in arts.

Utkarsh, who is also a part of MTv's reality show 'Splitsvilla', is now looking forward to spend time with family, this diwali and wishes the KYY-2 team all the success.

We tried reaching the actor but our efforts turned futile...

thankless dude!! this show gave him an identity...to quit now just shows his opportunist nature...KYY s2 is gonna end soon...he cud have waited till then...but i guess, this dude is now under the influence of lostboy and knows fully well his lack of acting chops is not gonna fetch him any offer post KYY. am sure, like in case of ayaz who now has a show on &tv, this chap too has an offer from Lostboy who has deliberately extended one to him now, so that he leaves Ky2 midway...what a sorry couple of dudes these two are...totally deserve each other..but baby uttu, acting chops kahan se laoge...ky2 will remain the best thing that happened to u and u are definitely going to regret leaving it midway. acting is so not ur cup of tea...both ayaz and u in my opinion dont have the charisma to play leads..supporting roles is the best u can do...but nevertheless, i wish u luck...

very disappointed with this news being true. utkarsh gupta, why are you leaving kaisi yeh yaariaan...? I mean, just to pursue drums and dancing and blah blah? that can be also done with keeping up with the show! finally when dhruv's character was beginning to shape up for good, u decide to leave?! are you serious!

He must've been offered something by Lostboy!
Pata nahi aage kya hoga in the show apart from MaNan! I hope they don't kill the character! Already hard to accept that Cabir is no more! Now another one makes an exit!
