Raksha Bandhan is one of the most auspicious festivals celebrated in India and this year it will fall at the end of August. While many actors are planning to visit their hometown during this festival, many won't be able to meet their sisters due to their work schedule. Actor Arjun Singh Dalal, who is currently seen playing the lead in the show, Nath Krishna Aur Gauri Ki Kahani, won't be able to meet his sisters on Raksha Bandhan due to his work schedule, so he had a pre- rakhi celebration during his recent visit to his hometown Haryana where his family lives.

Talking about his bond with his sisters, Arjun says,"You know, having a sister is like having a best friend. I am truly lucky to have my sisters who are constant supporters and we have always been very open to each other and share everything about our life, which makes our bond special and unbreakable." Further sharing his childhood memories, Arjun says, "We celebrate raksha bandhan in a very traditional way back in my hometown as it's a big festival. Since childhood, this festival has always been a grand affair for us siblings as we used to gather at the same place and enjoy the whole day."

So, how does he plan to celebrate Raksha Bandhan? "My schedule hasn't allowed me to take an off on rakhi, so recently I went home to meet my family on 15th August when I got a day off. Since I knew about my schedule, we had pre-Raksha Bandhan celebrations as my sisters tied rakhi to me. I do believe that what matters the most is to celebrate the bond, no matter what day it is. I am glad I got a chance to travel to Haryana and meet my sisters. I really had an amazing time there," Arjun concludes with a smile.

Professionally, Arjun is known for his role in the Star Plus show Namah and he also earned accolades for portraying Karan in the mega theatre play Mahabharta. Arjun was also seen in color’s popular show ‘Mahakali anth hi arambh hai’.
