Kundali Bhagya actor Sanjana Phadke on her return to the show after two years

Actress Sanjana Phadke is set to make a dramatic return to the popular TV show Kundali Bhagya after a two-year hiatus. Currently seen in Nath Krishna Aur Gauri Ki Kahani, Sanjana has been part of Ekta Kapoor's show since it started in 2017. Her return promises to bring turmoil to the life of Preeta Raghuvir Arora, played by Shraddha Arya.

Expressing her excitement, Sanjana said, "I'm glad to return to one of my favourite shows. I was part of the show for years and am excited to entertain my audience again as Sanjana Khurana. I hope to receive the same amount of love and support from my audience. I'm thankful to Ekta Kapoor for this opportunity."

Sanjana previously played the role of Sheryln's (Ruhi Chaturvedi) mother, one of the original lead roles. Her comeback will introduce new twists and turns in the storyline.

The actress, known for her roles in TV shows like Mere Angne Mein, Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, and Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey, shared more about her return. "I will play a negative role, seeking revenge for what happened to my daughter in the past. Viewers can expect a lot of new drama and revelations in the coming episodes."

Kundali Bhagya, a successful spin-off Kumkum Bhagya series, premiered on Zee TV on 12 July 2017. It initially starred Shraddha Arya, Dheeraj Dhoopar, and Manit Joura as leads. The show currently features Paras Kalnawat, Adrija Roy, and Baseer Ali as the second-generation leads.
