Every year, International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21st to globally promote this wellness practice, which originated in ancient India. In addition to impressing audiences with their acting skills, actors also set fitness trends by advocating for a healthy lifestyle. 

To mark this year's International Yoga Day, Kundali Bhagya actor Adrija Roy shared the advantages she has experienced from practising yoga, aiming to inspire her followers to make yoga a part of their daily routine.

Through yoga, I have learned to stay calm and centered, even amidst the busy shooting schedule. It promotes inner peace and resilience, helping me to handle life more effectively.
