Aaradhya Bachchan moves court against Youtube tabloid for alleged fake news about her; Delhi HC to hear case

Aaradhya Bachchan, the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan and daughter of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, has filed a lawsuit in Delhi High Court against YouTube channels for spreading false information regarding her health. On Thursday, the case will be heard by a Delhi High Court panel.

11-year-old Aaradhya Bachchan reportedly requested an injunction against false media reports about her due to her age. 

According to reports, Aaradhya has petitioned ten organisations to "de-list and deactivate all videos" regarding her. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Grievance Cell), as well as Google LLC, have been included as parties to the lawsuit.

According to the petition, which was submitted by the legal team of Anand and Naik, "The defendants' sole motivation is to unlawfully profit from the reputation of the Bachchan family unlawfully, irrespective of the damage-causing to the plaintiffs and their family members."

Aaradhya Bachchan, one of the most well-known celebrity kids, is frequently discussed on social media; topics range from her hairstyle to clutching her mother Aishwarya's hand in public to her speech patterns.

After getting married in 2007, Aishwarya and Abhishek welcomed their daughter Aaradhya into the world in 2011. Aaradhya's grandparents, senior actor Amitabh Bachchan and both Aishwarya and Abhishek, frequently post pictures of her on social media. Aaradhya is currently doing her schooling at Dhirubhai Ambani International School. 

She was recently spotted with her actress mother, Aishwarya Rai, at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre's grand opening in Mumbai. On occasion, the mother-daughter pair gladly posed for photos with the press while wearing traditional attire.
