Jiya is a bubbly, smart, 18-year-old who has magical powers, she is not sure how to use. Jiya would like to use her magic to help her friends, but it always backfires and gets her into trouble. She has a crush on her friend Dhruv. Though not a part of the hip crowd like Pam - she is still Pam's object of envy. Her best friend is Meeta.
Jia's Nani(maternal grand mother) is an angel. She always supports and helps Jia in her every problem.
