Here you go with a summary of the story so far:
Aastha is a middle-Class girl who gets a marriage proposal. She accepts it but after a few days finds out that her sister is into modelling and her brother is about to leave for US. She rejects the propsal and takes an oath that she will never get married, because she has the responsibilities of her parents. Later a guy takes an entry into the drama who is Shubh Ranawat. The 3rd youngest son of the Ranawat's who are very well known for their hotel's business. Aastha works in the same company as Shubh. Shubh confronts Aastha and falls inlove with her, but finds out that she doesnt really like rich guys. So, Shubh decides to lie to her saying that he is "Raadhe-Shyaam". Aastha and Shubh kinda fall inlove with each other. Later in the show Aastha finds out about Raadhey-Shyaam being Shubh! So she leaves the company, but Shubh brings her back in the company saying that as per the rules of company u have to work of atleast 15 days before u resign. Aastha joins back as she has no choice. In between Aastha's parents find out about Vinay and Shilpa trying to get away from the family. Shubh helps Aastha in all her problems. Now Shubh tries to convince Aastha that he loves her, but Aastha is adamant and doesnt agree. Finally Shubh writes a letter to her telling her that he is ready to accept all the responsibilities she has. He wont let his love come between her family. Vinay and Shilpa get the letter and decide that they will make Aastha marry Shubh to get the known in the country. Aastha agrees to go and meet Shubh as her parents force her to do so. Shubh on the other hand agrees to amrry another girl which was chosen by his sister-in-law Anoushka, Shubh decides to do this just because he thought that Aastha doesnt want to marry him. On the day of Roka, Aastha gets to the Ranawat house and finds out about the marriage and another misunderstanding creates between the two. Saksham who is Shubh's brother and Anoushka's wife is all happy because he doesnt like Aastha much. Shubh tells his father that he wants to marry Aastha, and Shubh also says that he doesnt want to marry this other girl, he says this infront of everyone. The girl Shubh was to marry, her father is a partner of the Ranawat hotels kind, so he tells Shubh's dad that he will ruin them.Aastha's father in misunderstanding slaps Shubh. The next day one of Aastha's friend comes who also works in the Ranawat Hotels, she tells Aastha that Shubh everytime supported u and also is ready to take all the responsibilities you have of your family. Aastha's family goes to apologize but finds Saksham and Anoushka on the door who tell them to shoosh away. Shubh on the right time comes and later tells his family that he is leaving this house. He is rejecting the Ranawat property and accepting Aastha his love. Shubh's dad supports him and Shubh's mother goes in a shock stage and doesnt eat anything and keeps on asking whether Shubh came back home or not. Saksham and Anoushka have no other choice but to say yes to Aastha. Aastha and her family get very excited when her Shagun comes for the engagement and on the other hand Aastha's dad buys a very expensive Saree, but when he comes back home and finds that Aastha's in-laws have sent really pretty and expensive lehnga he hides his saree thinking its nothing infront of that Lehnga. Aastha chooses to go with Lehanga and tells her to-be Mother-In-Law about it, and she agrees. Engagement happens but when its time for Sangeet, Aastha finds out that Vinay is telling his dad to mortgage the house and Aastha hears this and decides to not marry Shubh. She breaks the engagement, and when Shubh comes through this news, he questions Aastha, to which Aastha says that I cant but Shubh says that i feel very bad today not because you broke the engagement but because you didnt think i was capable enough to share ur responsibilities. Aastha gets emotional and after alot of pressurizing from her family aswell as Shubh's parents Aastha agrees. Then comes the wedding day on which Chhaya gets an attack since she is a handicap. Aastha in her wedding dress rushes Chhaya to the hospital and on the otherhand the baraat gets to the main door. Just when Shubh's mother says she wants to meet Aastha. Aastha comes in from the back door. So everything goes normal and the wedding happens. Then comes the recepetion party in which Saksham-Anu dont leave a chance to insult the Joshi's (Aastha's family), and also that Saksham instigates Vinay and Anu instaigates Shilpa. Vinay is all drunk and makes fn of his own family aswell as Aastha. Aastha feels bad and the Joshi's leave for their house in embarrassment! On the first wedding night of Shubh-Aastha, Chhaya gets another attack to which Aastha tells Shubh and they both leave for the hospital. The whole night goes by and the next morning Aastha being the new daughter-in-law of the house is suppose to do the pooja. Shubh's mother gets angry on Shubh and Aastha for not being home. Shubh's mother tells Shubh that you need to make Aastha understand that even this house is her responsibility. Aastha hears this and after the pooja is done tells Shubh's mother that you can always get angry at me not as a mother-in-law but as a Mother. Shubh's mother feels the pride of having Aastha as her daughter-in-law! Shubh and Aastha share some cute moments . Now its said that there is a mystery of bringing Aastha as the daughter-in-law of the Ranawat household. That mystery relates to Aashta-Shubh and Rahil Azam (Who is about to enter the show. He is going to be the guy who is going to either love Aastha or like her, with which the Love Triangle of Shubh-Aastha-Rahil will start.)
