That might become a legal or copyright issue since Alia does have her own brand and her own massive popularity. Say this one doesn’t work, that’s a degree of negative PR for Alia and her brand. As for investing, I don’t think Ranbir himself has invested in it either. This is his name, face, possibly creative input, but investments from elsewhere.
