She has 'finetuned' her nose...(how far too many did/do) Maybe deepening her dimple would be 'better' so that she hasn't to do facial muscle flexing to show it (I: not being mean just practical).

Before surgery she was cute, now the less said the better.

10 out of 9 actresses in BW have gone through a couple of surgeries in their lifetime. This is just a never ending obsession. Surgery ke nasshe.

She looks mostly the same to me except for some weight loss and new nose.
