Asha Bhavan residents, kids n adults, are all dressed up in Keralite dresses, looking very grand with flowers in their hair . They welcome Baa, Kinjal and the shah kids . Onam festival is explained by Bala to the inquisitive kids.

A lavish spread of sadya is served to all the inmates who enjoy the Onam meal sitting in a line on the floor . After the meal all enjoy sweets offered by Bala .
At Shah house Toshu and Dolly clash over property n financial issues . Toshu is already furious and is all the more annoyed to hear the noise coming from Asha Bhavan . He learns they are having Onam function , he fumes with fury to learn Baa, Kinjal , Kids have gone there to join the celebrations . He decides to go there n get them back n put an end to this naach gaana Tamasha .. but he stops in his tracks as the property owner arrives .
The ground slips from beneath his feet , he gets cold sweat on seeing him.
The property owner states Vanraj has sold his old house tk him and this mansion was lend to him for living , he now wants the property back as Vanraj was no more here so the deal stands cancelled . He shows them the property sale documents and land deeds .
He gives them the day to vacate the property . Toshu, Dolly, Dimpy protest , but he refuses to relent . Toshu attack him angrily the property owner gets annoyed and states instead of the day they now have one hour to vacate . He places hour glass on the wall and asks them t9 ’ vacate on their own or his mane will come n evict them out forcibly .

Shah family is evicted by strongmen send by the property owner. Entire Shah family is shocked and distraught , they have no where to go. Asha Bhavan residents are shocked at the plight of Shah family . Dimpy and Dolly accuse Toshu for this situation faced by the family .
