Himesh clarified that Jio is not co-producing. That he is going solo as a producer.Taran didn't announce either.

So what is with the news in July that Jio Studios co-produce?

its as simple as that, the better film will win. the quality of the film gotta be there if anything. and who cares about producers etc. now they both announced the movies that all matters. both movies gonna be made on huge scales.

i will watch both movies same day, shah FDFS followed by RK, gonna be fun. bring it on
