Dizzy spells and frequent headaches aivey toh ruhi ka nahi dikhayege!!! I am seeing consistently they are showing these symptoms.

That Ruhaya is a piece of work, when she's all into Ar, she didn't remember her senior citizen family. That aurat in that house to get Ar, her B nanu came a got her she embarrass him to play tricks now she's feels alone. This has been her victim act since the show started and is old and tired now.
