This series maker hv interpreted him wrongly....they were going correct till Sita haran....then onwards they hv started messing him up bcz somewhere down the line they feel that parallel lead ko scope denge to lead outshine ho jaaega....ab yahi Darr hanumanji ke portrayal mein nahi hai unhe.... basically inhe itna objective rehna hai ki sabka role sabko do,sab apne tareeke ke shine karenge hi....be it protagonist,be it antagonist....and plus additional inka favouritism with actors also affects...ab Shilpa Kaikeyi ko explore karo,,, thik hai..but kaushalya Sumitra ko sideline kiye bina karo...even in that case Vibhishan looked like tubelight....woh sahi time aane par info disclose karta tha...but yeh aise dikhate the ki tubelight feel hua tha uska character...Raavan ko glorify karenge,,, Vibhishan ko butcher karenge...

Same for Sugreev also....even Indrajeet was made joke.....but ab yaha Lakshmanji and for that matter even Ramji ke character arc ko lekar gadbag itna hai ki unke liye hamara ronakhatam nahi ho raha....so dusre other characters mein hue mess up ki kya baat kare....

overall baki sare characters,even side and support characters ke liye explore acha kiya hai but kuch characters ke saath literally anyaay ho gaya hai....

Rs ramayan itna feed hua padha hai dimag mein ki in logon ka distortion mere dimaag ka dahi bana Raha hai .

Jitne questions main yahan pooch Rahi hun rs ramayan mein Aisa koi bhi baat nahi aaya ki question karoon main.

Ab well I m just waiting till sita goes valmiki ashram

Bas uske baad i will watch something else. Hopefully that track of vanvas ends soon with sita going in earth and mahaprasthan. Kam se Kam woh sahi dikha de

That's they need to understand laxman ji is not any parellel lead of literature novel he is part of Shri Ram himself his aatma and Sita ma his hriday . Man who sacrificed everything for his bhabhi ma & bhayia who was called as equal to dashrath in protection by both siya ram , who gave the glimpse of Shri Krishna in many instances motivating Shri Ram when he is broken who are these people to demean him . Demeaning laxman ji means insulting Shri Ram he was part of him . Yes you are right till Sita haran it was ok even after that too in kishkindha kand too but In yudh kand they messed up totally kuch characters ko explore nahi kiya but sabse jayada galat laxman ji ke saath kiya .

Rs ramayan is an emotion no matter how many serials will come but none can take its place . But the way sr started and went till Sita haran even kishkinda kand was also ok and Sundar kand too potrayed beautifully i thought that they will maintain it in yudh kand but they start messing up with laxman ji

Isliye I was telling earlier also...as Swastik ph r making mytho history genre...Sagar arts se sikhne jaisa hai abt research , different versions,how to mix them,portrayal, specifically parallel leads characterisation, presentation,even creative take,,,how it shd be taken...they shd learn as learning more will be good only....

Meghnad vadh mein they followed VR plus added Kamban Ramayan ka part..woh three astra failed in front of Lakshman ji wooh Kamban mein hai.... actually Mahakavi Kamban has glorified Meghanad to great level...and then he glorified Lakshman ji also....as villian powerful,,,,to hero aur jyada powerful....

So they added to glorified battle of Lakshman Meghnad by mixing versions....

Ok mix and match tha but it was done very well na. Three baan ka portrayal mein they showed how both meghu and lakshmana were equally powerful yodhha.

Exactly it's not like we are saying that just copy paste the text but creative liberty should be taken in such manner that no character should be demanded like in 2008 imagine tv ramayan they also added so many stories in uk of luv kush bring swarn Kamal , kumbhakaran wife deciding to revenge Shri Ram but there creativity was used in positive manner in sr too they should understand like in mithila scenes they showed ram laxman teasing each other that was good explored their brotherhood angle like many small scenes but no where creative liberty should distort the main essence of storyline still they have a time to improve .

Wahi naa...hume to pata hain...new gen itna reading mein interest nahi hai ....woh to yeh dekhkar hi sahi maanenge ....ab ek simplest example....Aaj Tak isme Lakshman ji ko Ramji ke पैर dabaate nahi dikhaya....I know seva can be done on hundred different ways....but this is also one of it....yeh kuch values old time mein thi prevalent....abhi almost vilupt hoti Jaa Rahi haii....aisi stories ke thr hi yeh jeevit reh sakti hai ..when such prominent story and characters portray these qualities....yeh log bus bolte hai Lakshman ne seva ki....par actually unki seva ke 1-2 scene hi hai puri series mein....

Actually this series was good 💯 initially.... isliye expected tha ki maintain karenge to bahut accha version hoga ramayan ka after long time....but....

Now let's hope UK mein after sasta ravan end....they will maintain essence of story And characters.

Ya right swarn Kamal story tha .I forgot. Yes they showed kumbhakaran family too but distortion nahi tha.

Thoda bore hua tha beech mein in imagine ramayan but basically main story intact rakha tha

I agree with that 1 point - Not making sense at all.Lakshkan could read the emotions of his brother from the " childhood" ,now he is completely blind.Goofed up the character completely to throw limelight on Hanuman.
