Even YRF has had trouble. Only the Spy universe films are working and even though they’re hits - the films are forgettable and poorly made.

I miss the early work of both YRF and Dharma

Sad news, He should not sell, He should convince SRK and Bhai and do couple of action films with them.

He doesn't want to sell...he want other companies to put money into Dharma by taking a stake in this production house (as long as Karan has the majority Dharma is still his ph)...obviously, he even has difficulties to find co-producers...

He tried to get Salman (although I was sure that it woudn't work out)...and he also talked to SRK for doing a movie, but after MNIK, ShahRukh only did the cameo for him. Dear Zindagi (Karan a co-producer), SRK did for Gauri Shinde. (Imo, it isn't good to mix friendhip with business, anyway.)

They jumped on SLB wagon now, notice that nepo director Ayan was also dumped by KJO after Brahmastra flopping badly, and now he's doing War 2 with YRF to reinvent himselfsmiley36

kjo spent so much money on that rk alia ayan movie and the movie did not recover the money they spent. I think that is what caused the downfall of the production's money.

Good, I'm glad SRK has not made any efforts to work for KJo again. If KJo had kept making movies with SRK and not the nepogang, he wouldn't have lost his best male friend and he wouldn't have lost audience trust. Even SRK haters will concede that the KJo movies starring him are classics and were always hits/blockbusters that audiences ate up. No one can say that about SOTY or ADHM. And frankly, whatever slight goodwill he may have earned back from Rocky Aur Rani was lost after the Filmfare debacle and even Rocky Aur Rani was not a clean hit. KJo should realize that his films without SRK do not do well. People went to watch KKHH, K3G, KHNH, KANK, etc. because of the starpower of the cast and not just the Dharma name.
