At Asha Bhavan The family members create ruckus over Meenu Sagar romance as seen on the viral video . Kinjal is shocked , Toshu and Pakhi taunt Kinjal dissuading her from supporting Meenu’s affairs with Autowaala , one of the beggars of Asha Bhavan . Baa is distraught , knowing Meenu having an affair with Autowala , how will she face Dolly and Sanjay damaad . Titu consoles that what’s visible might not be the truth. Dimpy consoles baa that her BP will rise of she stresses , Kinjal tries to calm Baa saying they willlearn the truth when Meenu returns . Baa is ashamed of Meenu .
Toshu and Pakhi bad mouth Meenu . Vanraj is infuriated , he lashes out at Meenu the moment she steps into the house . She has betrayed him n broken his trust , accuses him of having affair with do kauri ka patichar sagar . She had brought disgrace to this family . Henceforth she will either visit Asha Bhavan nor meet Sagar , Toshu will ferry her to hospital n back .
Meenu protests n stops Meenu. She speaks praises for Sagar n professes her love for him. Baa urges Vanraj to get into action to stop all this , Vanraj stomps out of the shah house fuming with fury . Baa bad mouths Meenu n blames everything bad happening to Shah family . She so fears evil powers were dominating this area . Family moments try tk calm agitated Baa.
At Asha Bhavan Meenu is Sen sharing her fears with Anupama. Anulama understands her fears regarding the ragging molestation attack on Meenu n Sagar , Anu urges Meenu to informs Maamu , Meenu fears Maama’s wrath .
. Bala is seen applying first aid to Sagar’s bruises . Bala understands he fought like a hero for Meenu . He appreciates the filed police complaint. Sagar fears Vanraj’s wrath.
Vanraj, Toshu and Pakhi notice Meenu coming out of Asha Bhavan with Anupama n Sagar n others . Vanraj notices Meenu’s bruises n swollen eyes , he is concerned , he escorts Meenu to Shah house . Toshu disapproves that papa did not shout at Meenu , Pakhi agrees .
Inside Shah house Meenu shares the incident at hospital .,she could not fight four boys, only Sagar shielded her from the boys n rescues her , Vanraj fumes silently .
Vanraj calls up Dolly at US and asks her to take Meenu to US. Meenu pleads her mummy and Vanraj Mamu not to send her back , she had got internship with great difficulty.Vanraj fumes . Vanraj shares with Meenu how much he loved her n he sponsored her medical education , he feels lucky he could do this for Meenu n she was much better than his useless Toshu n Pakhi . Samar was a very good son but his three kids betrayed n disobeyed him, he had expected Meenu to fulfill his shattered dreams . But he feels he is unlucky. Meenu assures she loved n respected Maamu . Vanraj emotionally manipulates Meenu to distance herself fro that auto driver. He warns society will never accept a doctor n auto driver relationship. He asks her tk distance herself from that boy. He asks Meenu to choose two options . Either go back to US or stay here on his terms .
Baa, Toshu, warn Meenu not to do the same mistake again. Meenu shares her feelings with Kinjal bhaabhi , why ws she forced tk make choices between relationships. Kinjal feels helpless .
at Asha Bhavan Bala , Anupama share their concern for Anuj n his mental state . Theu feel helpless how they failed to control Anuj . They needed tk search Aadya to improve Anuj’s mental state .
At Asha Bhavan Anupama and Nandita fear how Meenu might be facing Vanraj’s wrath. Anupama and Nandita are seen packing tiffin for four customers , they discuss how they will advertise n make efforts to get more clients n orders . They decide to get meal co tract from hospital canteen . Nandita decides to do work from home ,
Sagar ponders over his relationship with Meenu and feels his dream was unattainable. There was much social difference between him n Meenu . He decides tk remin drounde don stop dreaming about Meenu.
