For dinner I made veg pulao, shallow fried mushrooms, oven baked boneless chicken paired with yogurt based dip and salad.
And a simple pasta for kids as well
Today I made Paneer and roti for lunch. It’s called punjabi paneer and I learnt this recipe from my friend’s mom.
Ordered McDonalds for dinner coz my mom requested.
I had toum and brown bread with paneer biryani ( more like fried rice🫣) and dark fantasy biscuits.

It's a garlic yoghurt spread.... I think it comes from middle East only 4 ingredients... It tasted good with almost everything.
