Anupama is heartbroken n inconsolable, Toshu, Kinjal, Titu and Dimpy take care of Anupama . She has tk be physically restrained as she years to go after Anuj whom she has seen after so many months , she feels this is devine intervention and she wants to know what happened to him , why was he in this state , whereabouts of their child . The residents of Asha Bhavan take her back to the home. Anupama is restrained with great difficulty but she is sleepless and agitated.
In their residence the sadhus and pandit ji’s forcibly take Kanha /Anuj and force him tk lie down, they play calming balm on his forehead to try to help him sleep.
All Shah family members wonder what happened to Anuj, why was he in such a state , they feel sorry for Anupama .
All residents of Asha Bhavan take Anupama to her room n assist her to relax , they are concerned for her .

Anupama is taking care of heart broken Anuj, he requests her not to leave him, she reassures n asks him about Aadya , their Choti, Anuj inform she was with the god , she was far away from them . Anupamaa screams and refuses to believe this , she declares her Choti was safe somewhere , Anuj states that Ankush and Barkha said this , Anupama disbelieves what anybody says .
Anupama goes looking for Anuj n finds him unconscious lying on the road side ,she shouts for help but the place is deserted .
she manages to get a thela and tries to place Anuj on to that n take him to nearest hospital.

Few days back she was bitching about Shruti while her own life has forever been into pits, aur aaj keh rahi hai Shruti ne kya Anuj Ji ko dhoondne ki koshish tak nahi ki?
