Anupama reaches has maika (Bhavesh’s house, she has a celebration with rasgulley from their fav shop, both bro sis relish and share happiness that the real culprit was found . Anupama asks Bhavesh to get remarried n settle down in life . Bhavesh expresses his disinterest in remarriage . When Anupama insists, Bhavesh gives examples of her marriages . Anupama and Bhavesh then console eachother and decide to live together in old age n support one another and also keep Devika with them as she too would benefit . They have a great laugh and share the rasgulley with Devika .
.At Shah house Kavya, Kinjal amd dimly have great moment together n tease Dimpy . They are alerted by a noise n they go to investigate only to find the kids sitting there . On questioning they share how Pakhi had thrown Ishaani out of the room as they were disturbed by Ishaani’s coughing. Mahi, Pari and Ansh decided to keep Ishaani company . Babuji arrives and feels sorry for Ishaani , he offers to give her medication. Dimpy and Kavya asks the kids to go sleep in Dimpy’s room .
Dimpy, Kinjal and Kavya criticise Pakhi’s atrocious behaviour . They decide to confront her after the marriage ceremonies are over .
Babuji offers Ishaani some medication, he is unsure but still goes ahead . Ishani faints due to drug reaction. She is shushed to hospital by Shah family members . At hospital dos start emergency management . Kavya informs Anupama and she too is seen rushing to hospital . Pakhi accuses Babuji of giving wrong medication. She accuses he never mistakes his own tablets how come he faulted with Ishaani. Babuji is seen looking very upset n guilty . Anupama tries to calm Pakhi . At shah house Kavya and Dimpy calm n console upset baa, the kids Pari, Mahi and Ansh pray to god for Ishaani’s speedy recovery .
soon everyone is relieved as Doctors informs Ishaani was out of danger , she had adverse drug reaction , advises them to be careful in future . Baa and babuji feel they were no more as capable as they used to be earlier n they needed help .
Anuj reaches home very late and Aadya is still up n waiting for him. She asks him n he makes excuses. He is heart broken that Anupama had decided tk move on . Aadya then shares hiw she was the bust Fui for the kids Ishaani, Pari, Mahi and Ansh . She was enjoying very much n has new become friendly with them.Anuj can hardly contain his happiness on hearing this . He silently thanks god for this .
