Anybody can get a xerox of its sale deed from concerned tehsil on a meagre payment . So I don't think it to be the case (if talking about property details in the article) . 

Benami gift from sugardad or something ?? I would like to sniff the payment trails starting from the deed , her ITRs etc. . But I am not authorized .

It's not at Carter road, it's behind...a small street leading to a small place where it is a small building from about 50 years ago, surrounded by other small bungalows and appartment buildings.

Maybe it's just an investment. It really is nothing fancy.
