Episode begins with Little Ansh insisting on making mehendi design on Anuoama Naani. Vanraj fails To dissuade him. Mahi, Pari and Ishaani mock him but he remains steadfast on his decision , After mehendi is done ansh shows off his skills to the entire group present there … Shahs and Kapadias and others are shocked tk see the mehendi , Anuoama notices their faces and soon is shocked to see Anuj written on her palm . All question Ansh . He states he saw Naani with Anuj , acting like hero heroine , so he understood they were together n so he wrote Anuj’s name . Aadya fumes with fury and lashes out at Ansh , Anuj calms n controls Aadya .
Anupama has emotional moment as she washes off the mehendi on her palm . To her dismay the mehendi stain refuses to go. Vanraj uses the opportunity to mock her n shame her . Anupama warns she will give him back in multiple doses if he humiliates her in presence of family members or kids .
At Kapadia house , Shruti is worried for any calls or messages from Aadya or Anuj.,she is unable to wait any more n calls Aadya .
at Shah house , Aadya is seen getting mehendi done n is unable tk take the calls . Devika is seen putting her mehendi n advises her to call back in 15 mins when the mehendi will dry up .
After some time Devika dials the number n Shruti Aadya video calling makes them both happy . Shruti appreciates the mehendi on Aadya’s palm . In her excitement Aadya is about to injure herself when Anuoama rushes to save her . While doing that Anupama exposes her palm to Shruti n she fumes on seeing Anuj’s name on her palm . Anupama feels awkward n embarrassed .Anupama explains it was a mistake by Ansh , Shruti states it is a mistake .
Devika is seen putting nimbu chini on Simoy’s mehendi, Titu interrupts saying he would like to do it for Dimpy. Devika understands n tactfully leaves the love birds alone n peg pulls them.
Titu tries to use this opportunity to reveal his past to Dimpy, she encourages him but he fails to reveal anything.
Dimpy is called off by Kinjal , Titu regrets missing the chance yet again.
Vanraj notices Titu looking upset , tries to probe him , he mocks Titu about his marriage .

Devika confronts Anupamaa, asking if she has feelings for Anuj . He was still in live with her. Anupama after long hesitation states she was very much in love with him, she loved him in the past n still loves him n will always love him. Anuj over hears n is shocked . Anupama them states that Anuj n Anupama can now never be reunited n she weeps,
Anuj has emotional break down and confesses his love for Anupama . He shouts her name n weeps in despair.
