I think I also faced one yesterday.. felt dizzy, blacked out for a bit and was about to vomit. Jaise taise I removed my bag road pr rkha took support from a roadside barricade stone gt some energy to book a cab, and instead of going to office came back to my place and took leave.

Iss baar it is wayyy too hot 🥵 or maybe every year we get this feeling ke iss baar bahut garmi hai. Although at my place temperature keeps oscillating between 34-36° but because of extreme humidity ...we feel too hot and uneasy..as if heat has sucked out the entire energy 🤕...quoting NP, Global warming is very much real !!!!
Anyway, you take care....and keep yourself hydrated.

I know 34-36 with humidity feels like 40 or even worse.. I sweat like crazy in humid places. Here we are getting 45 plus from last couple days and it keep getting worse
we phase both extreme winters and summers.. is bar spring kb aya kb gya pata hi nhi chala
ya ya drinking lots of water.. you too and everyone here learn from Amrita Rao and Jal Lijiye thodi thodi der baad
