By DC, I initially thought you meant Deccan Chargers. If you remember the year when Deccan Chargers were sooo bad at Uppal that they wanted to play as many home games as they could in Vizag
I wonder which state might Delhi Capitals feel at home. A few years ago, it was Raipur, but doesn't seem to be any more. Does Dehra Dun have a cricket ground? If so, that would be a welcome home for DC, since Rishab seems to be from there as well
