I don't think so. One Anu & Virat remember were never in an official relationship. They just got closer during lockdown and he felt proposing her. They got officially engaged only in August with no proper relationship right. However, Akriti claimed that he double-timed two months before they got engaged. When Anu confronted him, and Raj sir too, the gut was quite upset and silently moved out.
We know that we have only Anu's pov, and she somehow never let him explain his side of the story, she always listened to others, and every time she blamed him as a culprit, and only him...I know he was not the best man but he felt genuine at that time she never tried to believe him, her insecurities and fear took over. So that's why just like with the tub khand, he is innocent here

I'm not saying he was clean, but the way he went silent and after all these months watching the two of them, Virat is not fully at fault. The charmer might have charmed them but nothing more and just to punish him because they didn't get what they wanted (like Anki in the present), Akriti said rubbishes to Anu.
Let's see how it goes but he is not a cheater to me
Again the makers gave us a flashback of Jan 2024 in which Harsh is reporting about Anu and Rajdeep's movement to his authorities. Anu and Rajdeep were in the car and we all know that they both had a conflict regarding the strategies. While at that time Harsh and Imran were too present in the hearing. Imran meets Harsh and asks that why he left before the completion of the hearing. Harsh said that he had to answer someone on a call. Anu then saw a truck trying to attack them. This is the same truck which Virat saw. Who is Harsh? It was not shown that he was responsible for the accident but the doubt is that the person for whom he is working is responsible for the accident.
Madhu comes to the Raisinghani house and then Rajdeep reminds of her. It is strange then when he took Ramya's name, he didn't take Madhu's name. Rajdeep got emotional seeing Madhu, this was the most unexpected reaction from Rajdeep. I was surprised. Rajdeep had tears in his eyes and said that he tried to find her, tumhaari jagah koi aur hota to mujhe gaaliyan deta. Rajdeep felt emotional that Madhu didn't humiliate him in front of this world. Rajdeep said that I will just say that he was in much pressure. He feared some people who threatened him. Who was threatening him? Maybe Mehtas, Neena. Therefore he advised Aryaman to stay away from Neena.
Madhu says that she trusts Rajdeep. Even I trust Rajdeep in this matter that he is not responsible for this thing. But Ankita wont believe the same. I can see the possibilities that Madhu would come to stay at the Raisinghani house.
The question is what has happened to the Dev Ankita deal now? Dolly is upset that now they will get a smaller share as the share is now divided. Dev feels that Ankita is on her side but she can flip any moment. Dolly is upset but Dev says that he will use Ankita and then show his true colors to him. Sid overhears the conversation.
Ankita is frustrated as Madhu trusted Rajdeep and didn't take her side when she needed her the most. Ankita feels that she has not forgotten Rahul after seeing Rajdeep. Madhu tries to give her piece of her advise to Ankita then let she accept peace. Madhu even said that she should give Rajdeep a chance to be her father. Are Yaar, if Ankita doesn't wants Rajdeep to be her father it is Ok. But shaanti se jee to sakti hai na. Apne aap ko lawyr kehti hai par facts collect hi nahi kar paayi. Khud emotional hoke judgment paas kar diya.
Anu comes to the guest house to meet her. The scene only got better with Anu's entry or else it was just crap. Anu was disturbed seeing Ankita and Man JW!!!!! 
She again won my heart with her flawless acting. Anu is the best one though she has her own flaws. The tears in her eyes 
Anu felt sorry for something she didn't do at all. She felt Ankita's pain and cant imagine what she had to go through. She joined her hands in front of Madhu and Ankita and apologized on behalf on entire family. Anu says that its ok if Ankita blames her for the not getting the deserved share. Anu cries and painfully says that she is sorry for her existence. Anu says that she genuinely believed Ankita to be her sister. I felt something for you the moment I saw you. I felt responsible for you, protective for you. Anu promises her to give her everything that she lost and says that she will take the responsibility for the both of them.
Ankita asks her what would Anu do if she was in her place. Anu says that she doesn't knows but she makes her understand that forgiveness is a powerful weapon and says that she needs to focus in her future. Anu requests her to give her family a chance to accept her. Anu cries when Ankita says that what should she do now? Anu requests her to take the case back. When JW cries, my heart too cries.
Now discussing what was the wrong in the above scene. Anu felt sorry for her existence that moment, it means that she can sacrifice everything for Ankita but not for Virat. Virat too has helped the family a multiple times but Ankita just emerged to be a hero while tampering with Rajdeep's health and she became a heroine of the house. Ankita can never be like Anu ever in her life time. Anu too had a traumatic childhood she too lost her mother but she has buried the pain of her mother's death within her. She has not harmed anybody apart from Virat. Anu when will you come to know about the slap and what your sister did to Virat? Will you defend her and feel sorry that because she was in a trauma she did that. This thing is about getting share in the pie.
Virat too had a traumatic past, he hates his mother but he doesn't want anything from the person he hates unlike Ankita. Ankita manipulated Anu a million times and yet she did this because of the misery she faced. Virat too has faced a misery, his father was also, to trauma usko bhi hai par Virat characterless hai if he seduces a girl aur Ankita seduce karne par usko whitewash kiya gaya hai. Why Anu felt sorry, it should be Rajdeep and his mother feeling sorry for Ankita. Anu was just a child when such a thing happened. Ankita on the other side didn't even apologize to her that she manipulated a number of times. Virat Sorry bolta hai dikhaai nahi deta Anu ko. After Ankita is a Raisinghani and Virat is an outsider.
Anu is guilty and Virat texts her "Are you Ok?". Anu got a smile on her face. Though she replied "Yes" But even Virat knows that she is not Ok. So Virat texted "I will stay up the night with you!" The guy is so sweet and he is healing her.
Rumina doubts Harsh and his identity and asks that for whom is he really working for? Harsh tells Rumina to not tell anyone that he is an American spy and he is working for FBI. He says that FBI website pe mera naam bhi hoga. Harsh gets a call from the organization he is working and he has hand over Neena Walia's file to them.
Anu comes to meet Yogi in the police station to talk about the Rahul Pandey case. Anu tells Yogi to not tell anyone about the investigation. Virat ko bhi nahi bataogi kya?
Dev goes to meet Ankita. Dev tells Ankita that she has to ask Rajdeep a crucial question of what will be the share of Ankita in Rajdeep's will? Will Rajdeep will accept her as a daughter? What will be her position in RL? Ankita then asks that what if the Original Bhatiji of Dev gives her whatever she wants. Dev says that killing you with the weapon of kindness. Dev offers her to be a part of the Dev Raisinghani & Associates firm. Dev wants RL to be closed. Dev suggests that Ankita should help FDI in the investigation and get RL closed. Ankita agrees to be a part of this. Anu, aao aur dekho tumhari behen.
Virat calls Harsh but he is unavailable. So he tells Rumina to give him the Neena Walia file to him. Rumina says that the file is with Harsh. Rumina then says copies to hongi par kya pata usne copies kisiko aur hand over kar di ho. Rumina informs Virat that Harsh is not working for RL, he is planted here.
Harsh then hands over the file to FDI. FDI is grateful to him for this. Harsh says that Anu and Virat are good people and they dont know anything about this. They are good people and good people in the firm. Harsh requests if FDI can save RL. Virat sees Harsh with the FDI officer.

Episode 99: (The Summary)
FB: Anu and Raj are back at RL. Anu was sad when James cheered up. Virat evaded the truck. Harsh, the beginning of his mission.
Virat came to soothe Anu who was fed up, because of Harsh and Ankita playing with them. She was tired because she believed there was no place for goodness. Virat comforted her with his words, telling her she couldn't give up because they needed her or he'd be lost. She is the soul of everything. He wants his rudder back or there is no point in being her fuel.
Then, they reached the conference room where they confronted Harsh. He got emotional, apologized, and informed them he didn't know about Raj's accident. He agreed to help them and let them down because he valued them.
At RH, they are discussing the Will and Raj is ready to face the truth and introduce Anikta as his daughter. Dolly gives a reality check to Raj that RL is critical and the old scam is out. Raj worried about his legacy.
Harsh and Anki convo. Quite emotional! Ankita told Harsh she would wait for his call because Harsh was not ready to believe her words.
Kersey confronted the JRD trio and Dev as he learned from Kavita that they wanted to leave RL. In the end, JRD changed their minds and Kersey told them, their fate depended on Anu because RL would now change.
FD questioned Raj. In the process, we learned that Radha had suicide because of a land-grabbing scam (old Mehta case). Then, Virat asked the inspector why they had not arrested Nina first. She agreed to be a government approver and fully protected because of the witness protection program.
Nina and Vayu entries.
The inspector and Harsh arrived at the hotel and questioned Nina. She informed them all funds have been routed to one source, RL.
