Poddaars produced a bunch of spineless kids and blames it on Abhira's upbringing

Madhav- left his first wife to marry Vidya

Manoj - mute in front of whole family, never speaks for himself

Kajol- thinks keeping mute is happiness

Krish- Can't stand up for himself

Charu- most selfish and spineless in the family

Armaan - pushed his first love towards Rohit and ruined his life

Rohit - ran away when he learned about his Brother- wife fling

And Poddar s think to speak for themselves and family is "buri"

That's how Kaveri has conditioned them to be and behave since the beginning. Her attitude has stopped members from getting liberty and freedom of expression in their own lives/home.

It will take time for them to break free from her influence , but cracks have already appeared, and with the disclosure of her dark secret, I hope that more of her power over the Poddars gets swayed away from her iron fist .

My opinion is that such a development arc for the family members is a good itv trope , and right now they are doing a decent job of showing the progress by making Middle age generation act more and more rebelliously towards Kaveri.

Classist Kaveri and Sanjay are the ones who keep throwing jabs at Abhira’s upbringing, I’m hoping it’s to set up the base for legacy reveal.
