serious: can we please not mock Ruhi’s past?

I frankly think it’s disrespectful to mock Ruhi’s grief or past or say that she’s “victim blaming” herself for what she’s been through as a child. I am assuming that many of us haven’t fortunately been through what Ruhi has been through, so we can’t particularly understand what is going on in her mind. We can all agree on that it is a lot for a 6 year old child to go through especially with an unstable family like the Goenkas. Whatever is going on with Armaan is her love turned attachment turned obsession. Her antics are disgusting and intrusive and someone needs to give her a reality check and show her how she can be better.

We don’t like her, fine. Should that give us the right to belittle what she’s been through or try and undermine her grief? No, I don’t think so. It’s a sensitive topic and I also don’t want to disrespect anyone on this forum who may have experienced the loss of a parent at an early age or have been through something similar.

Thanks 🩷

Ruhi is a despicable woman. She can’t get a free pass just because she had a traumatic past. The problem with her is she uses her trauma to manipulate others and get her way. And this needs to be called out.

so does Abhira… there are many instances where she has subtly called herself an orphan talked about her truama played the victim card and manipulated Armaan and got things done… it’s just difference of opinions… some can see it while others don’t… imo trauma is trauma whether it’s abhira’s or Ruhi’s… and both have talked about it in the show still only one gets mocked about it which is wrong….

Lol! Talking about trauma and using it to manipulate are two different things. Show me where Abhira used her orphan status to manipulate Arman.

Absolutely agree.

Ruhis current behavior has nothing to do with any "trauma". Shes self victimizing to get her way like an entitled brat.

The people who open threads to simply bash Abhira just because they didn't like Akshara or Abhinav are the last people who should speak about "trauma".

Abhira despite being younger is WAY more logical, kind, mature, righteous than Ruhi can ever be.

Ruhi is a blatant manipulator.

Well her grief as a child can't be an excuse for her grief as a full grown adult who was born & brought up with a silver spoon...an adult can & should, be able to deal with their emotions better than a child.... Yes she lost both her parents at a young age but she also had a secure childhood with good upbringing along with financial security & good family environment  . Not all children are privileged that way.

.goenkas not good enuf for anyone ain't an excuse either ...in what way are they bad ? They've over pampered ruhi  . They may be biased but they are biased for ruhi. Apparently she had other cousins & her grandmother & family but they chose to erase them , whatever it might be , Def they didn't abandon ruhi.

And then..obsession over a married man can't be healthy no matter what the circumstances are or were ..she needs help ..although Arman is an equally guilty party in how this mess started ,  he isn't actively pursuing his ex while being married. Abhira isn't out of the house , rohit is...he still cares for abhira ,  as a responsibility or otherwise but does ruhi care for rohit or feels guilty for him? He is any day better placed to me than ruhi is.

Chhodo yaar.

Abhira's self respect, her inability to handle this constant tag of being called bojh, zimmedari,  ungrateful and freeloader etc weighs on her mind a lot.

She hates that her mom's actions of saving a life have made her into some object of pity and she's being seen as a liability and bojh. But she is mocked for protecting her feelings and self respect, simply speaking her mind. When she insists on contract to pay back she is doing it because she hates this feeling of being a bojh. She cant pay back everything as she herself has acknowledged but whatever she can, she will. But her independence, her khuddari is mocked by some people who then expect that their fav character's pathetic behavior should not get called out.

She feels for Armaan because he leads her on, he lives with her as her husband and told her his past is over. But that is mocked saying how can she fall for Armaan. So her love or feelings can be mocked but Ruhi who is delulu and low key harassing, intrusive is "traumatized" by past. Like seriously?! Abhira has literally no family, Ruhi atleast has Goenkas and even her sasural. Abhira wasnt readily accepted by anyone. She has one person in her life so if she gets emotionally attached to him- why is that mocked?! Infact unlike delulu girls charu, ruhi she actually tries her best to keep her feelings in check and remind herself that she's a bojh, its a deal and she cannot dream further

Ruhi is ungrateful for what she has received, she is entitled, ghatiya and immoral . And none of that had anything to do with being orphaned in childhood.

She thinks if she pretends to be bechaari she can manipulate forever and get her way.

Exactly and see the difference one gets while Ab has only Ar but Ru got everyone at her hands and What Ab said to Krish while giving money is true because Sanjay said in front of all ki she is not family so She said To Krish ki koi mujhe family nahi maanta hai ... cousins see her as go through person and Ar as responsibility...we know if she will be wrong oneday then no one will care about her for eg in Dadisa case which is not true for other family members ..even if they make mistakes they will not abandon them but will give them punishment but for Ab every1 will abandon her ... So it is not wrong usne kaha ki koi use family nahi maanta ye nahi kaha ki vo family nahi hai ..Manta nahi or actually nahi hone me antar hai ..and other time when she said this then she was blamed for Rohit disappearance ...Agar koi instance hai to batao because I have not watched the show after Rohit accident...Even on her mother's birthday she didn't forcefully told Ar to be with her unlike certain someone .....many hardcore criminals have tragic past but does this gives them right to do crime and ruin other lives no right ?? Same way Ruhi doesn't have right to ruin other lives because of her own trauma

Bahut naa insaafi hai mods... Bahut naa insafi hai!

Can people stop mocking Abhira for being so good and efficient?

Was she in trauma when s4 started ? how often does ruhi mention any of the past incidents & lives through the terror of it, unlike her mother  ? Like..is she really in trauma or it's just that she can't get Arman out of all "things" she desired n hence she's just sour about it ?

Both abhira & ruhi lost their fathers before they were born . Ruhi was brought up by abhim & arohi for 6 yrs, while akshara was a single parent to abhira . ...ppl can turn out differently inspite of all the hardships .
