Why is this partially happening?
I know that he / she is talented but No Banner Contest held at all?  
Then, Mods should bring a rule here that No Banner Contests will be held in any forum in IF..

 The final captaincy lineup was revealed about four or five days prior to the commencement of the Indian Premier League. Not enough time remained to have a banner contest. We made this decision for that reason.

There isn't any bad intent. Furthermore, we are not the people who suggest a rule banning banner contests.

Please try to comprehend our point of view. We all adore you so much and would rather treat your remarks with respect.

I’m sorry if I came across as rude. 

It’s just that we didn’t get a Banner contest here in Sports forum and hence I asked.
I wanted to be able to choose a Banner..
