News channels covered Electoral Bonds, for 3 days. There was nothing to discuss beyond that. The list is public with the same people donating to multiple parties. Be it Medha Engineering (who gave to several parties) or Santiago Martin (He gave to DMK too).

Be it liquor scam or any malfeasance on Electoral Bonds empty accusations and conspiracy theories are useless in a court of law and run out of steam on tv channels beyond a few days.

But it is no point repeating this to the people who think only they are right and rest of India is idiots. Manish Sisodia's bail has been rejected by courts on the basis of evidence in front of it. The entire bail process is in public for people to see. Go to Delhi court website both the petition, AG's affidavit against the bail petition with evidences and court's decision with reasoning is right there for people to see.

If ED is not investigating electoral bonds, it is because it cannot on its own, someone needs to ask it to do that. Govt of India won't so go to court yourself, ask your member of parliament from oppositon to file a question in the parliament on it. There are enough NGO in political space ask them to file a petition in court if you can't do it yourself. Do a twitte trend to raise awareness start WhatsApp commuties .

Also with the list being public people are free to decide for themselves if they want to vote for a party that got 6000 cr donation from Santiago Martin or Medha Engineering.

AAP ki aajkal ki bestie Congress ne ki hain. 2023 mein Congress ke Ajay Makan and Supriya ne pehli baar koyi baat facts ke saath boli thi.

Unhone he cheekh cheekh kar sabko bataya and complain kiya tha.

why does anyone need to make excuses on who made complaint to investigate corruption and crime ?


recently saw what AAP did on liquor taxes and retailer margins ..aisa promotion ration yah education mein daaltey ….tax reduction to promote liquor consumption ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

You don't know which company is giving you their money to show your support but you know which company will give you money if you support their policies.

Electoral bonds are not limited to a specific party and beneficial to one person or party while deliberately tampering a policy is beneficial to a company or a party.

In Electoral bonds your manifestation and ideology fetch you some money and not your policies. Companies give donation to someone they thinks can maintain the stability and create a healthy environment so their business can flourish. And Donations aren't a form of corruption cause if it is then Kejriwal and Aap has one more case coming their way, they collected hundred of crores in the name of donation from NGOs (International to be specific).

I may understand your points and concern but what I failed to understand is making it something which it is not, Govt should make policies which can benefit businesses in the state and It's their duty and one of the reason behind their formation but using that policies, their work, to suit their interest and to come in power is what is wrong here and Electoral bonds aren't doing it, there is a clear difference between these two things, even though I don't support some or may be most of the provision of Electoral bonds but this in no way tampers the policies of govt

There is a clear connection. Sarath Reddy of Aurobindo Pharma is the approver (person who gave info) in Delhi liquor case after which Delhi Chief Minister has been arrested. This same Sarath Reddy was arrested by ED for the same case and 5 days later, 5 crores donation was made by Aurobindo Pharma to BJP.

Now, this donation was obviously not made to thank BJP for the arrest. After this Sarath Reddy developed back pain and sought bail which was unopposed by ED. Manish Sisodia has been in jail for the past one year. Did he get bail? No.

You speak of anonymity in the donations. Why would a company running in loss donate money through Electoral bond? Why would a company donate 16 times its profit share to a political party?

And why would they not go to the political party to let them know that we gave you n crores? Has the corporate sector suddenly turned non profit where it wants welfare of the country and not money?

And - Isn't this black money? Giving money that they don't have (at least on paper)

P.S - I'm not saying that AAP can do no wrong. My post is limited to the issue at hand which is Electoral bonds and misuse of it in multiple ways.

The donation made through electoral bonds are not to be made public so whatever donation this pharma company has made is not under the Electoral bonds so again no connection.

Plus if there is so much distrust, those believe there is something fishy can go to the authorities like Central vigilance, ED, CBI, file a RTI and take necessary actions, Corruption is corruption no matter who does it.

Kejriwal has done many unforgivable things and its really good to see that he is paying for those things
