MEIN - (Ary Digital) Wahaj Ali, Ayeza Khan #6 - Page 87

I am seeing a lot of comments that Wahaj is looking tired in both NL and Dynasty and while the ladies are doing their best and giving expressions, Wahaj looks disinterested, cold and not able to give back.

I liked Wahaj in Dynasty a lot and in NL one, he seems fine too (the PS hasn't come out yet so I'm basing it on pics so far), In fact, in the car one where he is leaning back and Yumna has her hands in front, I thought he looked really good. Though I's say overall Yumna is better styled in NL than Wahaj and looks very pretty. But I don't think Wahaj looks tired or disinterested in it.

What do you all think. What am I not seeing that all these other people are talking about.

Unrelated to this thread but if you want my opinion on his latest shoots he looks absolutely fine in both of them. And the new Nishat one is literally to die for. I hated the last indoors one they did for their winter collection. But this one? WOWZA.

I think the few people criticising it are just ones who always do it 😂 iykwim 😉

I think the tiredness, exhaustion has just become an excuse to bash him It has been going on since Mein that how he needs a break . If you don’t like him, don’t watch him. No one is forcing anyone

He’s fine, in fact, he looks great in the latest photoshoots. I find he’s looking fresher these days. It’s become a hobby to pick him apart. Maybe it’s because he’s done a few now with other actresses/models that people are just becoming more and more critical. What are they looking for in clothing ads? Wahaj knows how to model and pose and I see that he is trying not to be too repetitive with his expressions. At the end of the day, these are ads, not dramatic plays. People are way too critical. And then there are the comments that Wahaj doesn’t like Yumna and is disrespecting her. Why would they work together if that was the case? It’s demeaning to Yumna too. I’m sure she has more self respect than working with someone who treats her badly.

Right? It’s pretty easy to avoid his projects…especially a clothing ad that hasn’t even fully launched yet.

I didn’t like the indoor winter one either. That was my least favourite PS of theirs. This one is so nice though 😍

I don't think he looks tired or disinterested.. If not this, then they said he gives same expressions. What is he supposed to do? I think it's just because we already saw him with Yumna in so many ps that the looks they give eachother don't seem new. But overall he looks good

You may be on something. Since NL reels and pics came out, this new very specific criticism has emerged which is now being spread like wildfire across multiple platforms. That Wahaj looks tired, disinterested and not putting in any effort in his PS with Yumna (and Sajal, etc.). I saw a whole reddit post on this yesterday. Today, so many posts on my TL were on this (just 2 days ago this wasn't the case). Even under Wahaj's latest IG post (which has nothing to do with NL), a few people are unloading on him on this. Like I said, even 2 days ago I wouldn't see this exact criticism framed in exact same way by multiple accounts and then ek dum se ek din mai a very specific hot takes has gotten itna zyada momentum across multiple platforms. Or maybe I am just overanalyzing. But at this point this just seems like criticism for criticism sake.

I think it could easily be bots - one person or a few could be behind all this unnecessary criticism. Happens all the time especially if it’s this targeted and the critique is similar.

you could be right.

btw that one person who bashes maya also showed up in NL cs and was now parroting wahaj looking tired and disinterested line. a departure from her previous one track rants.
