Yashodhan's reaction to the broken engagement was concern for Nivedita, not relief because he might have a chance with her. It speaks to his character.

Savita could be hiding her real reason for wanting to break the engagement: it's obvious that Makarand is obsessed with Nivedita, and he takes no responsibility for driving his first wife Chitra to suicide by keeping her isolated indoors.

When Vinayak spoke in support of Nivedita telling the truth, he could have said that he lost his chance to confess his embezzlement, and being caught is more shameful than confession. Instead, Vinayak said that he has witnessed Rajendra's sleepless nights of guilt about covering up "one mistake." If Rajendra's affair with Devika began ten years ago, and Asim is seven years old, that's a thousand days of buildup to "one mistake."

Sumitra still believes that Nivedita knew about Rajendra's affair "all along," and never told her mother because she only cares about her father and Asim. Then Sumitra's gratitude to Vinayak for his support after Rajendra left should be shaken by Vinayak's admission that he kept Rajendra's secret for years.

Yash should let nivi go and ignore her if she returns back after knowing about Makarand. There is a limit for heartbreak. Such a selfish family

Asim's new school should give him an assignment: make a list of accidents funnier than Makarand slipping on a cricket ball and falling on his back.

1. Parī Tāī slipping on the stairs and fracturing her leg.

2. Āī getting hit by a car that came out of nowhere and losing her life.

Actually Aetasha is really injured in real. She shared a story of Ashok carrying her to set and did not perform in Mahasangam.

I hope you know I was being sarcastic about Asim's insensitivity. He wouldn't like it if anyone laughed at his Parī Tāī's injury or the hit-and-run that killed his Āī. We adults should make sure that children know better than to laugh at accidents.

I guess, when the real-life injury happened, they went back to the episode of Abhay impersonating Rajendra and got a shot of Nivedita slipping on the stairs, to explain her leg brace in the next episode. The storytellers managed to tweak the story so that it all seems logical.

Sumitra has never met Devika before; she has only seen Devika in one seven-years-old photo that shows only the right half of Devika's face. Yet when Devika is facing her, Sumitra has no doubt who she is!

Not believable. On that note ...

As the flashbacks reminded us, Devika died on screen, witnessed by Nivedita. Rajendra closed her eyes and cremated her body. A death certificate was issued. How can Devika say that unidentified people were holding her prisoner for reasons unknown?

If Devika just now escaped and reached Rajendra's flat, how did Asim see her in the neighbourhood the morning before?

Why would Devika not go straight to the police to report her unlawful imprisonment? When Abhay's car mowed her down, Rajendra had not had the opportunity to inform Devika that Sumitra and Nihar knew about her. So, why would she show up at their door?

Where did Devika get this suitcase? Her luggage from moving out would have been with Rajendra.

Wouldn't Devika want to know, first and foremost, where her child is?

That’s not Devika. She is an imposter.

The show is extended and they’re telecasting it for 45 minutes. So I guess they brought this track together with yash finding out about Makarand’s past.

Devika's answer for Asim's birthdate was 15 May, 2017. Asim confirmed that it was correct.

So, why did Asim's birthday party episodes air on 26-28 January, 2024? Why did Nivedita, who should never forget the date she found out her father's double life, need Asim to verify his birthdate?

We were told that Asim turned seven. Should we infer that Niveditā Mājhī Tāī takes place four months into the future?

On Monday's MahāSaṃgama episode, Asim referred to himself as a kid from Tisarī. Yet when Devika said he was in Dusarī, Asim nodded in agreement.

The promos led me to believe that the story would be about ordinary people in relatable situations. Now, either a dead character has come back to life or someone is cruelly deceiving a seven-year-old and setting him up to mourn his mother all over again. What could anyone possibly gain by impersonating Devika?

Gundya to Makarand: "Tumaçe sagaḷe nut tight karaṇāra āhe!"

This was a line I never expected to hear. Triple entendre: Gundya is promising to work meticulously; but Yashodhan's ulterior motive is to ensnare Makarand in whatever Gundya can discover about him; and the sexual slang meaning is that Makarand will never possess Nivedita.

It's absurd that Makarand would believe that Yashodhan wants a peon's job. However, when the storytellers put the audience's common sense disbelief into Vinayak's and Malati's mouths, they created a beautiful moment of family drama.

Vinayak affirmed that Yash could succeed at any work. Other than disbelief, he felt worry that Yash is losing focus; he's balancing on two rocks; he has a dhara-soḍa attitude (like Ketaki).

Malati said that she was proud that at least Yash had his own business. She worried about his marriageability.

Writers, keep it up! This story of Yash's complicated relationship with his parents, alternating between supportive and disappointed, is one that many audience members surely find relatable.

Still, why not let Gundya do the spying? Instead of making the lead actors work longer hours to shoot more scenes to fill episodes of 45 minutes, the production house should give better material to the supporting cast!

Gundya could have worn an earpiece to listen to Yashodhan's instructions.

Or, since the channel just did a MahāSaṃgama that established Yashodhan's unlikely friendship with Rajvir from Abola Prītīcī Ajaba Kahāṇī and others, they could have crossed over Mayuri-as-Bhāūsāheba to work as Makarand's security guard and make sure Yashodhan doesn't get caught on CCTV.
