KJo announces Dharma movie with Kartik - Page 6

Didn't Kartik's last film flop? How is he such a big star that KJo is running after him? What's with his fandom posting about having the last laugh? It would have made some sense if Kartik's movie clashed with KJo's, and Kartik's turned out to be a bigger hit, like what happened with the clash between 12th and Tejas movies. LOL.

A question that is quite personal about your member ID...Virginia Plath...is it a movie character or the combinaison of Virginia Woolf-Silvia Plath or just your name?

Not his last film, but Shehzada...otherwise he made 3 successful movies in 2022 and 2023 (Freddy was OTT but well acted and well received...it made clear that he can also play drama). Then BB2 and the other movie with Kiara had been successful.

But for a fact Kjo doesn't have even somewhat bankable male stars in Dharma after Varun, Sid Arjun, ARK flopped and Ishaan Khatter, Sidhanth Chaturvedi never took off even Vicky Kaushal ain't reliable BO wise, Ranbir ka koi thikana nhi, no wonder he has been hyping Ranveer so much off late, burying hatchet with Kartik is another such step, his Satyaprem ki Katha opened almost as much as Kjo's directorial Rocky rani with a bigger cast and a much bigger scale. While it's a mutually beneficial decision it does make it look like KJO had to backtrack, Kartik's self-respect bhi I guess went for a toss

Okay, that makes some sense. None of the names you mentioned are reliable at boxoffice, but then again, Kartik himself isn't reliable, LOL. I think it all depends more on the director than the actor. KJo, at this stage, would/should know that.

Anyway, I think it's smart of Kartik to bury the hatchet and get on with it. He'd have time for revenge, but right now, he's not that big. Someone learned some lessons from Kangana's debacle at least.
