Isn't it third umpire call when it goes to DRS?

In DRS, third umpire checks where the ball pitched, was the impact in line and if the ball was hitting wickets, only if all three are correct then out is given

In this ball, while ball pitched and was hitting wickets, but impact wasnt completely correct and in transit zone, so it went for umpire's call, where umpire had given not out so it went that way
