Normalize adoring Deepika

If you give her a chance DP will always deliver. Never seen an actress elevate her opportunities to the level that she did with her sheer screen presence and aura in Jawan (which I have just finished watching). Whether a meaty role or paper thin plot doesn’t matter.

Also normalize not comparing her with Alia. Alia is great in her own way, but I do feel she lacks organic stardom, unlike DP. Alia just doesn't match up to DP's aura.

Deepika is an all-rounder; Alia is a good actress but lacks that quintessential something which heroines need. Can't put my finger on it, but DP is miles ahead of Alia.

I just wish people had watched Chapaak in theatres more. her solo film which she carried on her shoulders. However, given the subject matter (grim/dark) and given DP's de-glam avatar, not surprising at all.

A genuine comparison I feel is not needed. DP is light years ahead and I hope she thrives till a ripe old age.

Have never thought of Deepika as an actor but she was so good in Jawan, especially because she had to carry the jail portion on her own and she did an amazing job

I wonder, how can Atlee use Deepika better than SLB? SLB had her in Padmavat and BM but he was so focused on Ranveer that he didn't care about his titular character
