Lizzie you must go if she passes thru your town. She sings across genres and is terrific. All the people I went with had not heard of her and they were wondering how I knew of her and after the show went - well she is definitely going places. I felt good not only for the show but I could introduce a new artist to folks who love music as well :).

So here is a guy I had the pleasure to listen to live recently. Prolific singer/songwriter (2 time grammy award winner, etc etc) and plenty of big names has sung his songs as well..

Few songs I heard him perform live... He is so so talented. Now here is an inspiring part about him. He went to one of the best colleges in US. Duke Univ. After 3 semesters he left and moved to where he is now and picked up his passion of music. Imagine following that dream at such an early age. Knowing what one wants to do and leave an education not knowing what the future holds.
