That difference was the one that brought them together, she was a town girl but her upbringing was the one that attracted him. She was brave, she knew how to stand up against him, speak the right and try to do all to make it right. Very few women can do that. La was opposite, saying yes to ASR was not attractive at all for him.

He couldn't hate her because the power of love was way strong. She was in him and he was in her. That distance brought them closer and that lifeless Khushi in his arms was that fear...that was in him since the age 14.
Well, this was the point where he has seen her dedication towards him too either by saving him or almost giving her life too. The distance brought the realization of how important she is to him, He simply can't live without her. Hate had no room in between them any more. This scene is my fav, it was like welcoming back Barun and at the top welcoming love and romance back into their life.

Yes Arnav is in a situation where he is not able to name the feelings for Khushi and at the same time he is feeling jealous of NK. He wanted to put his mind to work but in that processes he challenged her and kissed her it was the first kiss for Khushi, In a girls life the first kiss holds a lot of importance.

Well she doesn't lose either.
She understood why what how when Naniji took charge to tie up that dori finally like they broke up and then made up and for making up we had to have that kiss, don't you think. She got him right there.
