This is Gul’s only show in big gec’s like sp, zee, colors, Sony.. and also, Gul has never been without a show on sp since ages.. would she let go? Even if imlie wraps up, she would agree to bring in some other show..

Gul has only one show and if it doesn't get more than two trp at prime time then it won't sustain of course. All the leap that came in the show are the chances that the channel gave to Gul. They won't give anymore

If it has to go it will go. There is nothing any of us can do about it. We will cherish the show we got and wait for Sai to come back on screen

The show isn’t coming before IPL for sure. It takes atleast a week or two to go on floors. There will also be a lot of time before the show releases promos and then telecasts.

Sai ka second show took more than 5 months to go on air and wrapped in less than 100 episodes. First show also took 3 plus months to start shoot.

Plus there is no guarantee about new shows. Shows that were previously supposed to telecast on SP switched over to Sony/ Sab.

Currently she doesn't have any plans to make any show on SP. Maybe she is gradually moving to OTT.

I feel SP themselves will not agree to launch any new show in IPL season. It would be bad publicity for the channel if the new shows don't gather the trps and have to be off-aired within a year or so. SP is actually running only on the basis of their long running shows.

I am doubting how far the new show at 9PM will be able to get the audience base as the show is launching on March 12th and IPL starts on March 22nd. It is hardly 10 days. And IPL is IPL - People go crazy for it. Once the new show starts and hopefully if the trps don't fall down drastically for the shows then SP will think of launch the next show. Usually the trps of shows goes down at least 25 - 40% percent depending on the time slot.

I am thinking SP will allow Imlie to run till IPL end or around June end. That is whole reason of getting this Agastya accident and Surya - Imlie ka tashan so that the storyline can be extended. June end definitely I feel Imlie will end and make way for the new shows. That would make about 10 months of the Gen3 on air and it is good enough run.

No idea. Let's see how the show fares agle do hafte. Gul is trying to sell something very hatke. Chances of not working are more than chances of working. What do you all think?

I agree that Gul is trying something different here.. but that is the thing. This show in the last 5 months has been running on imlie-Agasthya chemistry and their scenes.. now she is just doing the same exploiting Sai- adrija chemistry. Anyways, tried and tested trp drama, Rona-Dhona, family drama, sautan drama have been proven to not work.. so she might as well experiment something new.

Kahani jo bhi ho, Sai-adrija chemistry is top notch. All their scenes are fiery dude.. also, the whole team’s effort is showing yaar.. the writers, director, actors.. I don’t see a slack in effort from Gul and team which happens when she has given up on the show..

I am of the opinion that whenever gul has tried something different in Imlie season 3 it has always worked in longer run. First the theme of Bar singer with seductive styling itself wasn't family friend for prime time audience of 8:30 pm in channel where all female leads are trying to be symbol of women empowerment but she went with it.

Second she introduced masked man mystery track when show touched 2 trps that too in cricket world cup season. The initial episodes were really creepy especially the Night sequences. I really thought they would lose audience to the rival cult classic show because of this blunder but then track worked

So I am hopeful that even this surya/Agastya confusion track will work ,maybe it will not get initial trps but it can cross 2+ trps in IPL season.

Even if the show runs only till end of IPL, I really want this to work. Atleast one PH is trying something different on ITV. The leads themselves are so hatke from the other shows.

And also for Adrija... This gal has impressed me immensely.. Looking forward to her dhamakedar performances, in and as Imlie and beyond...

Gonna be cheering for her as well as Sai.. ❤️
