It is not frozen. It is ticking at 1k hits/min avg. So will make landfall at 5.5M by 11.11 and if the trend continues will hit 6M at 7pm.
I think basic fan views are over. It will now run mostly on casual viewers who are shown the song on YT because they had previously seen her videos. May pick up mid day but nights have been very slow.
The real test will be if people love the song and not watch it because of her. That will take a few days to find out.
