Malini’s Odd Request
Malini meets Kunal under cover of night and pleads him to support her by not fighting the case on Imli’s behalf .
Kunal says he did support her when she was truthful . But now she was obsessed with Acquiring Aaditya . Malini says fighting for one’s love is obsession ? Kunal says he knew very well how it feels when you love some one mad,y but he friend-zones you . Malini’s love is one sided and that gives her no right to acquire Aditya .
KC and Malini have heated argument , she threatens him after he declines her request . KC refuses to give up the case . He assures only the truth wins .
Malini leaves threatening to spoil his career by making sure he loses the case . He wishes her good night , she leaves angrily .
At T house Tau ji calls Imli and confronts her for the court notice for the entire family to give witness at court for this case .
Aparna asks now they have to get humiliated by visiting court !!
Imli says it’s not humiliation , it’s the correct procedure …. when there is theft in the house one goes to police station / court to give statements , here theft had occurred not of things but of BS’s prestige , his Maryada, maan samman . his self respect . Will the family not fight for his sake ? Don’t the family want to punish the criminals ?
Adi says Malini has been standing besides Aditya all his life , even during difficult days . He refuses tk believe Malini could do such a thing to him. He did not consider Malini accused . The sin was committed by Aditya , not Malini . So how could I’m,I think Aditya was the victim ? He walks away . Imli is shocked .
Aparna refuses to allow T family’s prestige tarnished by Imli .she refuses to reach court , tau ji says all will have to reach court as per orders received . All leave dining tables n go to their rooms . Pankaj asks Imli if she is sure she is doing the correct thing , Imli says she cared for Aditya as much as Aparna and Tau ji , she assures there was no other way of revealing the truth . Pankaj assures her his support . Imli thanks him for always supporting her .
At C house Dev contacts Mr Desai. He agrees the case was complicated . The outcome was not sure .
Malini is worried n asks him to persuade Imli to take the case back . Dev asks why should he ? Was Malini fearing exposure of her crime ? Malini states she did no crime . It was Imli who was the criminal . Dev asks why was she so worried then ? Malini makes excuses of being worried for Aditya and T family who might get framed n punished for no fault of theirs … Dev is shocked , he says he was him self going tk request Imli to stop this fight not because he thought Malini was innocent but because he could not see his two daughters fight in this manner l but Malini is refusing to accept her fault . Anu comes and orders him to stop his lecturing . It was useless . As such this case was going to be dismissed . Malini asks how was that possible , Anu reveals that she had made some arrangements so that T family does not reach court next day . Malini and Dev are shocked as Anu smirks cunningly .
Next day as T family is leaving the house they face resistance from a gathering shouting slogans shaming Aditya for taking advantage if a girl and then accusing her of violating him ?? at his was shameful act by Aditya Tripathi and also the parents should be shame ful for supporting him . Aditya co fronts n starts fighting the crowd , Nish stops him n pulls him back . Imli confronts and silences them. They were not judges neither was this a court , how could they accuse someone? They ask how was it possible a woman take advantage of a guy ! Imli states in this world there was Seeta maiyya and also Shoorpanakha type women . Imli shouts that the crowd is no one to take decisions , they had no responsibility. She orders them to leave ..the crown gathered in front of the house refusing to budge and allow T family to leave . Then comes out NN with a huge bamboo . She declares this was not a Bheed (crowd) but bhed (herd of sheep) .NN declares she knew how to control bhed bakriyan (herd of goats) NN pushes them away , brandishing the huge bamboo . the T family can’t stop smiling at NN’s antics .
At the court KC informs the judge that the family had not yet reached court…. judge is surprised that the family who filed the case had failed to reach ! Anu smirks cunningly . KC seeks some more time as he was sure the were reaching soon. Mr Desai asks Judge tk dismiss the case as it was all fake and baseless , they were wasting courts’s precious time ,
KC requests some more time . Judge refuses tk wait for any more as it was already half hour late .
just as judge is dismissing the case ..Imli’s voice is heard requesting judge sahab tk stop … the T family arrives lead by Imli .
Imli apologises fo reaching late . She informs they had to fight some things else in order to reach the court . KC is shocked .
anu is disappointed that the huge crown she had sent failed to stop the at family . Malini wonders what will happen now !
Anu assures Mr Desai will twist this case in favour of C family .
The case hearing begins . KC states he will prove that Malini got Aditya intoxicated without informing him n then forcibly spent night with him without his consent or knowledge. Mr Desai states that it was unbelievable that a woman can village a man forcibly . In fact it was Malini who is the victim as she was violated .
He calls the eldest family member Mr Harish Tripathi .
Mr Desai asks him to state what happened that night . He says the entire family got intoxicated .
Last few mins
Tau ji gives his witness of what happened that fateful night .
He states he did not know how he got intoxicated .
Aditya is called to the witness box .

Prosecution accuses Aditya of being a total fraud . …for marrying an innocent village girl and then out of greed for wealth n status he got married to rich and famous Malini Chaturvedi .
Defence lawyers asks Aditya if he knew that Ms Malini Chaturvedi has stalled all proceedings of his divorce . Aditya is shocked .so is entire T family .
