I do not understand how getting hit by a ball on the head gives you neck sprain..someone please explain

Watched the first epi. Was okay! But Iiked how they showed 1990s. But, I don't like Imran Abbas. Koi aur actor nai lesakte the 😛

Now looks like she will fall for him and her father marries her off to Asad's character who is abusive and end me eventually she reunites with Imran
