Looks like they errorneously added Manikarnika in the list of films she worked and it caused the confusion.

Not only manikarnika they started the article with "she made her debut with Subhash ghai's Kaanchi: the unbreakable with Karthik Aaryan"

I tried keto for a month. Lost weight. Abt 5 kgs. But was tired all the time. Plus massive hair loss. Finally had to give up and gained 7 kgs almost instantly. 


I know for a lot of people keto works great. But i don't think it's conducive to indian diet. Our diet is generally full of too much carbs. You'll basically have to give up EVERYTHING. If you are a hard core non vegetarian then it might work. 


Just closely monitor how your body is reacting to it.
