Simply speaking, there is no easy way to lose the weight, forget about making yourself happy. Firstly one needs to accept the fact that struggle will be there and then will follow the fitness routine in accord. The workouts+diets need to be suitable for an individual and that's all. So 'happy' is not the appropriate word here.
