It's a little sad that they had so many scenes of Daniyal and Geiti's married intimacy but they are not the couple the audience is going ga ga over and making VMs of! Of course their relationship was important for the storyline and those scenes add depth to Geiti's loss...

I know everyone here is craving more romance , but we need to take into account the tone and setting of the show. They can't have a romantic or even a personal conversation inside the hospital, unless it's something like her being hurt or emotional after losing a patient , as we saw earlier. Keep in mind they are in a conservative and professional environment, and people would notice and talk. Not to mention, Asfand is a disciplinarian,and Zubiya is not his old acquaintance/friend like Dr Asifa. It would be highly inappropriate and they both value reputation above all . Having said that , they could have at least shown them looking at each other , or just smiling , or another scene outside the hospital premises. They have exchanged glances before, and that would be enough for me.
