Imran has done a full blown PSA video (along with AIB) in support of gay rights. I don't think he would have turned this role down, not for this reason anyway.

The rest of them I can totally believe though we may never know for sure. I could have sworn I read a Varun interview here last year where he said he wouldn't be comfortable playing a gay character, but I tried googling it and I couldn't find it. There were also a couple of articles that said Arjun Kapoor was approached for K&S but he said no. At the time the speculation was he didn't want to do a two hero project.

Thank God all of those refused, no offence to all these actors but after the movie, just cannot imagine anyone as rahul other than fawad .. it was just tailor made for fawad and he was perfection. ⭐️

I think out of all of the actors mentioned except for ranbir and fawad nobody else would have done full justice to this role. this character needed to be real and relatable.

I am glad fawad took it. I was so scared for his career but now I feel better.

I also don't think Immu would reject this role.

just watched the movie loved it loved n loved it n all the characters were mindblowing hats off to kjo n team loved rishi fawad sid alia all the mummy papa uncles aunties everyone n the dod too n the location too beautiful going to watch it again just loved it
