I think Mushq will try to leave home and bump into Dabbu next epi that's why her dad have a heart-attack.

Not getting any hopes for next epi just want things to progress with the main characters

Didn't watch the episode yet but saw the precap though. It actually looks good and seems like all Mushq and Fahad scenes will finish off soon.

I think they mean there are 3 leads in the show so he is the third one as in parallel lead

^^That's the biggest joke ever he's one of the most expensive actor in Pakistan otherwise another low budget hero would have played Dabbu and Fahad would have been played by a much more popular actor.
