what I like about Pakistani dramas is that they will drop subtle hints, not making it awkward, if the viewer us of age and mature they will understand, if they are a minor, they won't.

true i also liked the fact,,i used to feel strange when I started watching pakistani dramas that heroines get preggy out of no where...😆 it took time for me to digest the fact..they dont take years after years to do that (😉) it is good that they dont dramatize and fantasize these things like indian serials..
